You need Apple QuickTime to access all BodyWay audio files. You can download QuickTime at no charge from the link below. There are both Windows PC and Mac versions.

The newest versions of QuickTime require Windows 2000 or later on your PC, or Mac OS 10.3.9 or later on your Mac. If you are running older operating systems, you should still be able to play these audio lessons with the latest version that you are able to install. Go to this page at apple.com to find the appropriate version for your system.

If you want to fast forward through the audio file, you may need to wait until a sufficient portion of the file has downloaded into your computer’s buffer before you can move the “play” indicator forward.
