“I wish I could take you home with me!” my clients would say. They often asked me for a way to remember and integrate the Aware Eating practices into their stressful, busy lives. So I created this CD in response to their requests. May this CD support you in your daily life during those times when you need guidance the most!
The original music for this CD was composed, performed, and produced by Dan Harsh. Dan improvised on synthesizer, keyboards, and guitar in the creation of this gorgeous and uplifting background music that will transport you to a peaceful inner stillness.
